I partnered with USAA’s marketing and brand strategy teams to develop a series of custom illustrations honoring each military branch. We collaborated closely to ensure the visuals aligned with branch-specific tone and internal compliance standards.

The goal was to simplify deep appreciation into clear, emotive icons that resonate across channels. The illustrations were optimized for print stickers, digital communications, and social media—each tailored for size, resolution, and audience context.

Based on member and leadership feedback, I refined color palettes and line treatments to deepen emotional resonance. The end result delivered emotionally engaging visuals that honored service members and strengthened brand connection within the USAA community.
